I feel so much safer.

I recently got moved over to a late shift, and usually leave work around 11pm. Since the lot is full when I arrive for my shift, I end up parking about a city block away. Since the company downsized, I find myself walking the distance alone. My husband was worried, so he bought me the Hottie stun gun. God willing I won't have to use it, but I can breathe easy knowing it's there on my belt if I have to, and the flashlight is very convenient.

Fantastic customer service!

The 1 million volt Small Fry I bought for my wife about a year ago worked great, for about a year. But it turned out to be faulty. Hey, that happens with the best of products.

The battery went dead and it refused to take a charge. But one 5 minute phone call, and after mailing the faulty unit back, my wife had a new, Pink, Small Fry in exactly a week. Now THAT is "customer service"! I love doing business with companies that really stand behind their product.
