I just wanted to thank your service rep for his assistance in regards to the stun gun I purchased. It was not functioning and he was most helpful in helping me trouble shoot the problem and more than willing to replace it if it still wouldn't function. With his help it now works perfectly and there is no need for a replacement. Thanks again for your outstanding service.
